Australian professional rugby league football coach (31 Test Teams) and former player. Played from 1970 to 1982.

Commenced coaching 1984 to current (2023).

Returned to the Wests Tigers in 2021 working in pathways, development, and talent identification.

On 3 May 2010, became the first coach in Australian rugby league history to reach 600 games.

Three times recipient Dally M Coach of the Year Award.
